Day 4 in Korea

Today we met with Jenny, our friend from Korea, and her sister Jeong Soo (not sure of the spelling!) They are such lovely girls who Seb totally adored of course! We hadn't seen them for three and a half years so it was great to catch up again. It was so special walking around Korea with Jenny and Jeong Soo. They gave us an insight into Korea that we never would have had without them. Thank you girls!

At Gyeongbok-gung Palace. We went here last time we were in Korea, but wanted to go back with Seb. Having Jenny and her sister with us was an added bonus!

Near one of the guards. Seb wouldn't stand next to him on his own because he was too scared :) (fair enough too as the guard had his hand resting on a sword!) Seb was fine in Mummy's arms though.

Last time in Korea, we had a photo of me standing next to this statue. It is so special to now have the same photo taken but with our precious son in it too.

I'm sure Seb could be a model - he sure can ham it up when he wants to!

I am not sure of the name of the town that Jenny and her sister took us to, but it is near Juyeop. Jenny said that it is a new town that was built for people who didn't want to live in Seoul but didn't want to live too far away either. It has such a beautiful park and lake there - well worth traveling to see.

Jeong Soo, Seb and Jenny just before saying goodbye. Seb started crying as he wanted the girls to stay and he would miss them. He grew quite attached to them by the end of the day.

It was a great day although it was very tiring too. It was a fantastic end to a worthwhile trip to Korea. We are on our way to Taiwan tomorrow afternoon so I don't think there will be a blog update until Monday.
