Mother's night at kinder

We had a Mother's night last night at kinder from 6-8pm - an early celebration of Mother's Day. Seb was so excited to take me back to kinder at night time! We had a light supper, then enjoyed a princess night theme (aren't all Mum's princesses???). We made a fairy wand each (Seb wanted to do this most of all!), cut out a crown, made castles out of boxes, painted a princess picutre, and made a necklace. All the kids sung us some lovely songs, and it was so funny watching some of them get a bit hypo because they were so tired! Seb had a little bag of two snowballs that he made himself that we shared together on the night. He was so proud that he'd rolled them into balls and in coconut himself.

At the end of the night we were presented with the gift they had made. It was so special to receive the beaded bracelet and the decorated jewellery box from Seb. He'd also drawn some flowers and written his name in the card.
