Kinder Playsafe Excursion

Seb and I went on his kinder Playsafe excursion yesterday. We took a bus ride to Jaycee Park first. If you thought almost 30 kinder kids on the bus, plus almost as many adults would be noisy, throw in the fact that they also had to spot certain road signs and then imagine them yelling out every time they saw one! Goodness me, some of them have a good set of lungs! The kids had a good play time at the park anyway :)

Seb getting back on the bus - had to take a quick shot as Seb was concerned at holding the other kids up!

We then travelled over George Chaffey Bridge to spot some more signs and to drive over the river, then the bus headed out to Red Cliffs Barclay Square where we all sat and had lunch before the kids had another play on the playground.
It was a really good morning out with Seb, and it gave me a chance to see what he's been learning at kinder about being roadsafe, learning the different traffic signs, remembering to hold hands with a big person, and being able to recognise safe areas to play. Seb & I had lots of fun and Seb was proud to show me all that he'd learnt.
