Day 10 - Taiwan

Not too much to report on today. We went by taxi to a huge three story building full of souvenirs from Taiwan. I've been itching to go there ever since we arrived! We haven't come across any souvenirs on our travels anywhere else here and they're apparently hard to find so I was glad we could finally get some.

We called Donna at CSS this morning about getting Zoe in to see a doctor. Her runny nose was getting worse and her cough sounded horrible and we didn't want her to get any worse. A driver met Ian & Zoe at the front door of our hotel (I stayed back with Seb) and took her to the doctors clinic where one of the head nurses at CSS met them. They were very helpful. Turns out Zoe has bronchiolitis. They put her on a vapouriser for 10 minutes, then thumped her back for 5 or so minutes which helped clear her out. Ian said they then used this nose sucker thing where he was amazed by how much came out!!! Zoe sounded a lot clearer when she came back from the docs. Now before each bottle we have to thump her back for 5-1o minutes and she has some medicine she needs to take 3 times a day. If she's still stuffy on Sunday, the head nurse said to bring her in to CSS where they can clear her out again.

All of this hasn't disturbed Zoe's sleep at all :) We were all sitting around waiting to go down for breakfast this morning when Zoe woke at 8am (12 hours sleep again). She was awake for two hours before having another hours sleep. At the moment, she is up in our room having her third good sleep for the day. The name Princess Zoe is quite suiting her!!!

In the hotel lobby just before heading out. Zoe is fast asleep.

Sweet Seb just loves Zoe. He was very concerned about Zoe when she was out at the doctors and wanted her home. He's such a caring boy.

Sorry to hear that Zoe is sick. Looks as though Ian is doing a good job. Hope Zeb is still happy to bring "that baby" home?
Good to hear what's going on. See you all when you get back home
Special hello to Seb
