Day 12 - Taiwan

Last night we went to Shihlin Night Market, about a five minute drive from our hotel. All I can say is 'WOW!'. There isn't a way to describe how many people were there unless you were amongst the throng. You could only walk at a snails pace as there were so many people around. It was certainly an experience we won't forget in a hurry.

Standing outside the night market. You can't really tell how big the crowd is, but you can kind of get the idea!

Princess Zoe. We ended up having to wake her up at 9am this morning (11am Aussie time) so we could get ready to go down to breakfast before the kitchen closed (at 10am). Here she is still looking sleepy.

Seb helping out with a nappy change. Always eager to lend a hand as far as Zoe is concerned.

We went to the National Palace Musuem today. Seb of course found the characters to stand next to. Seb did really well here seeing as it isn't geared for kids. And it was cool!!!!! Only about 24 degrees inside - lovely!

We are heading out for tea again tonight. Hopefully to Fang's as that was so yummy. We'll have another wonder around before getting the kids to bed. We really should start to try and organise our things and start packing. Really not looking forward to that part! We are getting picked up at the hotel at 3pm to be taken to the airport and I think the plane leaves at 6.25pm (Taiwan time) It's going to be a long trip home with an hour stopover in Singapore. Please pray that the kids are kind to us and have a good sleep and that we find the right terminal in time in Singapore to catch our connecting flight on time!

Home sweet home, here we come!!!! We arrive in Melbourne at 8.55am and we'll be staying the night at Ben & Naomi's to catch up on some much needed sleep I'm sure! We'll start our drive back to Mildura on Wednesday. We are so looking forward to having our whole family in our own home.
