On Saturday, Zoe went to her kinder friend, Matilda's, 5th birthday party. Zoe also does ballet with Matilda. As it was a princess party, Zoe absolutely loved putting on her 'party dress' and couldn't wait to go. I asked Zoe if she wanted me to stay with her or leave her at the party on her own and she said that she wanted me to stay. When we arrived at the party, Zoe & Matilda spotted each other then ran up and gave each other a hug. Zoe started to to run off to play with her and turned back and yelled 'Bye Mum!'. I made her come and give me a kiss and hug before leaving her playing happily at the party. Zoe had such a great time at her first party on her own and she felt like such a big girl :)
