For an hour every Wednesday morning, Zoe has been going to Bright Futures. They read a story, or learn a song, then do a craft relating to it. They teach counting and numbers, with learning to take turns and sharing thrown in. There is a lot of interaction which has helped Zoe speak up more. Zoe LOVES it! There are only five kids in the class so they all get a lot of attention from the teacher. Zoe will be going again next year to a school readiness program as she loves going there and it has also helped her to come out of her shell a lot.
One of the reasons Zoe loves going is because of Danielle, the teacher. She is gentle and has such a great way with the kids.
Zoe got given this book as a gift, which she loves because it has a dog name Milly in the story (although it is spelt differently)! They did a little note for Santa to hang near the Christmas tree so that he knows they've been good this year! There is also some reindeer food for them to sprinkle on the lawn on Christmas Eve. Then they made little Mr & Mrs Claus.

Hahaha - I've never seen Milly spelt like that before ;-)
