The kinder loves to embrace the different cultures of the kids, which I love. We had to take food to share that represented the kids backgrounds, they even did the invitation on the back of the flag that represented each child.
I got a recipe for Dan-Ta (Chinese Egg Custard Tarts) from an adoptive mum (thanks Anita!). The recipe is so easy and the result is very yummy tasting tarts! Zoe loved helping me make them.
